From these pages you can
place an order for your own Keepsake Scroll
via our new on-line system. Payments are handled by NoChex
(which will appear on your card statement). All credit
card details are sent via secure link, and we do not store
them in any way. |

If you prefer you can click
here to download a copy of the form to print
out and post. This is in Adobe pdf format, which requires
a separate program to view. You can download the 'reader'
program by
clicking here, if you do not have it already.
If you are sending payment by cheque, please make it payable
to 'Keepsake Scrolls'. |

Our order forms require you to enter certain information,
and the list below describes this information in more detail.
If you have any questions regarding either method of ordering
then please feel free to ask. Our Contact
Page provides phone / fax numbers, our address and
an e-mail link. If you would rather talk to us face to face,
then there is also a list of upcoming fairs that we will be
attending in the near future.
The information we request is purely for the purposes of
producing and dispatching your Keepsake Scroll,
it is not stored or used for any other purpose. We do not
share your details with any other companies or individuals,
and do not use them for marketting purposes.
- Contact details: We require your name
(not necessarily the name(s) that will appear on the scroll),
address, post code and phone number or e-mail address, depending
on how you wish us to contact you. These details are required
to send you your scroll, and to contact you if we require
more information or to clarify any supplied details.
- Orientation: Keepsake Scrolls
come in two designs, either Hanging (the details are printed
in 'portrait' fashion and the scroll incorporates a cord
to facilitate hanging), or Table (where the scroll is to
be displayed horizontally and not wall mounted, as in the
image above). Please specify a preference when ordering.
- Scroll Image: Your scroll will incorporate
a printed image relevant to the occasion. You can either
send a digital version of the image, or send the actual
photograph to us via conventional mail to the address listed
on our Contact page.
In this case we will scan the image for you and perform
any necessary retouching (removal of scratches, red eye
reduction or colour correction for example). Your original
print will be returned to you under separate cover to avoid
damage. Please note that no changes are made to your original
photograph and it will be handled with the utmost care whilst
in our possession. Note also that the quality of the digital
copy will be dictated by the quality or the original, so
you should select the sharpest and most damage free photo
you can. We can, if asked, perform more aesthetic processing,
sepia toning, vignetting or conversion from colour to black
and white. We can not convert from black and white to colour
though. We can scan images up to a size of 10"x12",
and please ensure they are not framed or mounted.
If sending a digital image via e-mail, please send a copy
and not the original image. JPEG or TIFF format images reproduce
best in print, and please ensure that the files are large
enough in dimension and 'dpi' (dots per inch). By way of
example, most images taken from the web are 72dpi, and an
image 144 pixels (dots) wide would only reproduce up to
two inches wide without distortion. If you have any concerns
or questions about electronic image formats, please feel
free to ask.
*IMPORTANT NOTE*
Whichever way you choose to get the image to us it is important
that you have permission to reproduce from the copyright
owner. If you have taken this photograph yourself then this
is not an issue, but if the photo was taken by a professional
photographer, was downloaded from the net or comes from
some other commercial source it may well legally belong
to someone else. By sending the image to Keepsake
Scrolls you are stating that you are the owner
of the copyright, or have prior permission from the owner
to reproduce that image.
- Name(s) to appear on the scroll: Scrolls
include the name, or names, of the people or organisation(s)
central to the event or occassion being celebrated. This
does not have to be the same as the name supplied in the
contact details described above.
- Date of the event or occasion: The date
is printed, along with the names and greeting, around the
edge of the image. Due to the amount of digital processing
that may be required on the image to achieve the best possible
reproduction quality, please allow twenty one days for delivery
of the scroll. If you require a scroll at shorter notice
then we will do everything we can to meet your deadlines.
- Greeting: The greeting that will appear
as the 'headline' on the scroll, for example "Happy
Birthday", "Good Luck" or "Class Reunion".
- Cap colour: The poles are capped by wooden
scroll ends, and these come in a variety of colours to suit
all occasions. Please indicate a preference from one of
the following:
- Champagne Gold
- Metallic Gold
- Silver Leaf
- Metallic Silver
- Rose Pink
- Metallic Rose
- Baby Blue
- Ivory White
- Natural Wood
Images showing these colours are displayed on our Examples
page.
- Notes: Any other information you would
like to add regarding your order
Please ensure when placing your order, by whichever means,
that you have provided all the relevant information. If you
do not want, for example, the date to be printed, please do
not just leave it blank, instead make a note that it is not
required. If you are sending remittance by cheque, please
make it payable to Keepsake Scrolls.
Your Keepsake Scroll will be dispatched to
the address given in the contact details by Royal Mail recorded
delivery, which will require a signature.
- Thank you for your interest in Keepsake
